Our history
VPay began in 1987 as StoneEagle Services, Inc. We issued our first virtual card in 2002 for auto warranty and our first virtual card for healthcare payments in 2008. In 2010, we were awarded a patent for the Medical Benefits Payment System that is part of our healthcare virtual card solution, and we successfully defended that patent family in U.S. District Courts and the USPTO (Pat. No. US 7,792,686, reissued as Pat. Nos US RE43,904 and US RE44,748).
With more than 180 experienced employees in our Plano, Texas headquarters, we excel at supporting our clients and partners by providing the expertise they need to meet their diverse project requirements.
